Welcome to Altoona QuestPlex ("QuestPlex," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, booking a party, registering for programs, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About QuestPlex

Altoona QuestPlex is an indoor family entertainment center located in Altoona, Iowa, offering:

  • Open Play

  • Ninja Warrior Classes

  • Birthday Parties

  • Camps

  • School & Daycare Programs

  • Special Events

  • Merchandise

  • Gift Cards

  • Additional recreational programs

2. Online Reservations & Purchases

Reservations may include:

  • Open Play admissions

  • Birthday Parties

  • Ninja Classes

  • Camps

  • Special Events

  • Gift Cards

  • Future memberships

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Open Play

Unused admissions may be rescheduled at management's discretion but are generally non-refundable.

Birthday Parties

Party deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling requests made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled event will generally be accommodated based on availability.

Ninja Classes

Monthly tuition and registration fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Camps

Camp cancellations may qualify for a credit if requested before the published cancellation deadline.

4. Memberships

  • Memberships renew automatically until canceled.

  • Members may cancel according to the membership agreement.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks.

By entering QuestPlex or participating in any activity, guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with:

  • climbing

  • jumping

  • running

  • obstacle courses

  • ninja training

  • playground equipment

  • physical activity

  • interaction with other guests

Participation is subject to the execution of any required liability waiver.

6. Parental Supervision

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times unless participating in a supervised program specifically conducted by QuestPlex staff.

QuestPlex employees are instructors and facility staff—not childcare providers.

7. Health & Safety

Guests agree not to participate if they:

  • have a contagious illness

  • have experienced vomiting or fever within the previous 24 hours

  • are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • have medical conditions that make participation unsafe

Management reserves the right to deny participation when necessary to protect guest safety.

8. Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, guests agree to:

  • Follow staff instructions.

  • Respect other guests.

  • Use equipment properly.

  • Wear required safety equipment.

  • Follow posted rules.

QuestPlex reserves the right to remove guests without refund for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Photos & Marketing

QuestPlex may photograph or record activities occurring within the facility for promotional purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify management before participating.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, branding, and written materials are the property of Altoona QuestPlex and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Website Use

Users agree not to:

  • interfere with website operation

  • attempt unauthorized access

  • submit malicious software

  • misuse online booking systems

  • engage in fraudulent activity

12. Pricing Errors

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or availability errors may occur.

QuestPlex reserves the right to correct pricing errors, cancel affected reservations, and issue refunds when necessary.

13. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • have no cash value except where required by law

  • are not redeemable for cash

  • may not be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altoona QuestPlex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or participation in activities.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Altoona QuestPlex, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our facilities or website, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or other liability that cannot legally be waived.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.

Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

17. Changes to These Terms

QuestPlex may update these Terms periodically.

Changes become effective when posted on this website.

The Effective Date at the top of this page will indicate the latest revision.
