Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 2026

At Altoona QuestPlex, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and credits are handled for admissions, birthday parties, classes, camps, and other services.

General Policy

All sales are subject to this Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law, purchases are non-refundable once services have been provided. However, QuestPlex may offer credits or rescheduling options in certain situations at management's discretion.

Open Play Admissions

Purchased Online

Open Play admissions may be:

  • Used on the reserved date, or

  • Rescheduled before the scheduled visit if requested in advance and subject to availability.

Unused admissions are generally non-refundable.

If QuestPlex closes unexpectedly due to weather, facility maintenance, or other circumstances, guests may choose either:

  • A full refund, or

  • A credit toward a future visit.

Birthday Parties

Birthday party reservations require a deposit to secure the event date and time.

Deposits

Party deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Requests made at least seven (7) days before the scheduled party will generally be accommodated based on availability.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any applicable fees.

Ninja Warrior Classes

Monthly tuition reserves a participant's place in class.

  • Tuition payments are non-refundable.

  • Missed classes do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • Make-up classes may be offered when space is available and at management's discretion.

If QuestPlex cancels a scheduled class, an appropriate make-up class will be provided whenever possible.

Camps

Camp registrations may be canceled for an account credit or refund if notice is received at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled camp start date.

Within fourteen (14) days of the camp start date, registrations are generally non-refundable due to staffing and scheduling commitments. Participants can transfer a camp fee to a different camp week.

If QuestPlex cancels a camp, participants may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • Transfer to another available camp.

School & Group Programs

Schools, daycare providers, homeschool organizations, and other group reservations should notify QuestPlex as soon as possible if plans change.

Refunds or credits for group reservations will be evaluated based on:

  • Timing of the cancellation

  • Staffing commitments

  • Reserved facility capacity

  • Any prepaid services

Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable

  • Are not redeemable for cash except where required by law

  • Do not expire unless required by applicable law

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise in new condition may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, unless otherwise noted.

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Worn apparel

  • Personalized items

  • Clearance merchandise

  • Food and beverage items

Memberships (Future Program)

If QuestPlex introduces memberships in the future:

  • Membership payments are generally non-refundable.

  • Cancellation terms will be described in the applicable membership agreement.

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

Weather & Facility Closures

If QuestPlex must close due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Power outages

  • Facility emergencies

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Guests will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option, account credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for financial institutions to process refunds after they have been issued.

Management Discretion

QuestPlex values outstanding guest service. While this policy establishes our standard practices, management may make reasonable exceptions when unique circumstances warrant additional flexibility.
